This is a family-friendly guided walk led by wildlife educator, local historian and nature enthusiast, Steve England (Steve England Outdoor Learning). We will walk around Horfield Common to spot, identify and learn all about these wonderful flying mammals. Using bat detectors, we will identify species in flight. We will look at the various habitats and learn how bats see in the dark, how they find their food, how they find their way back home and why they are thriving in North Bristol.

Details of further walks to follow.
